Job Description

We are looking for an Project Management Intern to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, high-quality B2B events. This position involves managing our events' logistical and operational aspects, ensuring every detail is executed perfectly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Content Creation: Design event collaterals (flyers, posters, signage, social media graphics) using tools like Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Event Conceptualization: Brainstorm, research, and develop creative concepts, themes, and presentation decks.
• Event Coordination & Support: Assist with on-site event logistics, registration, setup, and teardown.
• Marketing & Social Media: Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and monitor trends.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Canva).
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media trends and content creation.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and vendors.
• Familiarity with event management and design tools.
• The ability to think quickly and resolve issues under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during event periods.
