· Develop event concepts, themes, and overall structures to meet specific goals.

· Create, monitor, and manage event budgets, including negotiating contracts and securing sponsorships

· Work with designers and printers to create and send invitations, and initiate efforts to publicize the event.

· Prepare and present post-event reports to evaluate effectiveness, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

· At least 2-3 years of experience in restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.

· Effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

· The ability to handle unexpected issues and emergencies during an event.

· Efficiently managing project timelines and meeting deadlines.

· Proficiency in creating and adhering to event budgets
