General Description

OLA Social Padel is looking for a passionate and energetic Event Crew / Padel Host (Full-Time) to join our team in Pecatu, Bali. This role is responsible for supporting and hosting padel-related events, social games, and daily court activities while creating a welcoming and engaging experience for our community. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-oriented, and comfortable being on court, interacting with players, and supporting event operations.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a padel court, sports club, or similar sports environment

Able to play padel and understand basic game rules and on-court flow

Confident communicator with good interpersonal and hosting skills

Comfortable working on weekends, evenings, and during events

Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
