Responsibilities

· Implement and monitor environmental control measures in line with NEA, BCA, and HDBrequirements.

· Conduct daily site inspections and ensure proper housekeeping, silt control, and waste management.

· Coordinate with RE/RTOand site team to resolve non-compliance promptly.

· Oversee vector control and mosquito prevention programs.

· Prepare ECO inspection reports and follow up on corrective actions.

· Liaise with authorities (NEA, PUB, HDB) during audits and inspections.

Requirements

· Certified Environmental Control Officer (ECO)with valid NEAcertificate.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in HDB construction projects.

· Knowledge of environmental regulations, waste management, and vector control.

· Able to conduct site checks independently and prepare reports accurately.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Diploma in Environmental, Building or Civil Engineering preferred.

· Possession of CSOC is an advantage.
