About the Role

The Engineer will play a key technical role in supporting the Sales and Project teams by providing technical solutions, proposal support, and system expertise.

This role requires a technically strong and detail-oriented individual who can understand customer requirements, design suitable solutions, prepare technical proposals, and support the smooth handover from pre-sales to project implementation.

The role will focus on engineering technology, AI-driven software, and system integration solutions across the ATT Group of Companies.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions, leveraging the latest technology and AI-driven approaches where appropriate.

Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, system architecture, and technical documentation that incorporate current best practices and emerging technologies.

Support RFI/RFP/tender submissions and technical compliance documents.

Conduct technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Concept (POC) setups, including demonstrations of AI-enabled and integrated system solutions.

Work closely with Sales and Project teams to ensure smooth project handover.

Coordinate with vendors, business partners, and internal teams on technical matters.

Review technical documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Incorporate AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies into proposed solutions to deliver greater value to customers.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, IT Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in engineering, system integration, pre-sales, or technical proposal support.

Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and good learning attitude may apply.

Knowledge of system integration, APIs, databases, networking, software systems, or IT infrastructure.

Familiarity with AI tools, AI-driven software, or interest in applying AI technologies to engineering solutions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Good communication and presentation skills.

High attention to detail and able to work independently as well as in a team.

 Preferred Skills

Experience in systems integration, automation, networking, ELV, IoT, or technical solutioning.

Hands-on exposure to AI/ML platforms, generative AI tools, or AI-enabled software products.

Exposure to project management or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.

Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
