1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience managing employee wellbeing or employer branding programs within the FMCG industry.
3. Understanding of employee happiness and wellness survey methods and related data analysis.
4. Capable of managing structured mental health, work-life balance, and employee engagement programs.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills for interaction at various organizational levels.
- Implement annual wellbeing programs (physical health, mental health, financial wellness, social connection).
- Coordinate medical check-ups, vaccination programs, nutrition education, and employee fitness activities.
- Manage mental health initiatives, including EAP activation, stress management sessions, and awareness campaigns.
- Partner with HRBP, HSE, and Operations to embed wellbeing practices in daily operations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for wellbeing-related inquiries.
- Track and report wellbeing metrics, participation rates, absenteeism insights, and program effectiveness.
- Manage wellbeing vendors and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
