·        Lead Technical Design: Take full ownership of system integration and electrical design for Maglev Chiller systems, Microgrid Energy Storage, and Smart Lighting.

·        Equipment Selection & Supply: Liaise directly with major manufacturers (Midea, Haier, Hisense) for technical specifications, equipment selection, and supply chain management.

·        Consulting & Audits: Conduct energy audits and prepare technical submissions in compliance with Singapore’s Green Mark criteria.

·        Subcontractor Supervision: Review installation drawings and provide technical oversight to ensure subcontractors meet quality and safety standards.

·        Regional Technical Support: Provide remote or on-site design guidance for international projects in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and beyond.
