Job Summary
Support administrative and enrolment operations by managing data entry, customer records, and course materials to ensure smooth centre functions and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately to maintain comprehensive customer records and generate reports for management review
- Manage enrolment, renewal, and post-enrolment processes to ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Assist the manager in updating accounting records and handling course termination procedures to maintain financial and operational accuracy
- Coordinate the distribution of quarterly learning materials to support course delivery and student engagement
- Communicate confidently with customers to address inquiries and provide clear information
- Organize tasks effectively and pay close attention to detail to ensure operational accuracy
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks and support centre operations efficiently

- Work days: Wednesday to Sunday (9am to 6pm)
