No teaching experience? No problem. We invest fully in you from day one.

About the Role

You will play a meaningful role in shaping children's cognitive, intellectual and emotional growth through highly engaging enrichment programmes.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Conducting structured, fun and energetic enrichment classes for children aged 1 to 6

Delivering Heguru's proprietary right and whole brain development programmes with excellence

Supporting children's cognitive, intellectual, social, and emotional development

Building strong, professional relationships with parents through regular communication

Upholding operational and teaching standards within the centre

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Polytechnic Diploma (any discipline)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude with initiative and reliability

Passion for early childhood development

Able to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)

No prior teaching experience required — comprehensive training and mentorship provided.

Work Schedule

5-day work week

Wednesday to Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM

Fixed off days on Monday & Tuesday

10 full weeks of lesson breaks every year with no teaching duties required
