Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Shopee Ads. Experience in creating landing pages using WordPress and Elementor or other landing page builder tools. Ability to manage relevant social media tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team Responsibilities: Create, maintain, monitor, and optimize campaign performance to grow clients’ businesses through digital channels (Meta Ads, Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, etc.). Identify client growth opportunities through data analysis and conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience data, platforms, placements, and content for advertising campaigns. Build and optimize landing pages using WordPress and Elementor to improve conversion rates and campaign performance. Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and other relevant tools to monitor performance and drive optimization. Collaborate with various teams at Marketz (Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Sales, Programmers, etc.) to develop comprehensive digital plans and be willing to work in a hybrid working system.
