We're looking for a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Lead who's ready to strategize, execute, and deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive market. In this role, you'll oversee our digital advertising and e-commerce strategy, lead a results-driven team, and build strong partnerships to achieve ambitious targets.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the E-Commerce and Ads team to drive both conversion and awareness campaigns, including developing livestream strategies to boost visibility and sales.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) to meet sales and growth targets.
• Develop and execute advertising strategies that maximize ROI and align with business objectives.
• Create and implement data-driven e-commerce strategies to enhance visibility and boost sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platform representatives for optimal collaboration and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital advertising, and performance analytics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and marketing targets through effective strategies.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with dynamic targets.
• Open to working full-time from our office in West Jakarta (WFO).
