JOB DESCRIPTION

Dental Assistant:

To assist dentists in carrying out dental treatments in the clinic.

Ensure patients' comfort during the treatment

Take care of patients pre-procedure and post-procedure

Prepare the treatment rooms, stocking up dental materials.

Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards after every patient

Ensure proper maintenance of dental instruments

Reception Duties

Triage and advise patients.

Perform patients appointment coordination

Billing & Cashiering

Manage general correspondence (email, messages, letters & packages)

Assist colleagues whenever necessary (in the doctor's room & reception area)

Undertake ad-hoc duties from time to time

Have to have a good grasp of English and be familiar with pleasantries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
