The role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dental Assistant cum Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Paramount Dental Pte Ltd in Hougang East, North-East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.

Key responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sterilising instruments, and ensuring a smooth workflow

Greet and welcome patients, schedule appointments, and manage the reception area

Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic medical charts

Process payments and handle billing enquiries

Order and maintain inventory of dental supplies and materials

Ensure the clinic maintains high standards of cleanliness and infection control

Provide a positive and professional customer experience for all patients

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting

Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and empathetic manner

Proficient in using dental software and electronic medical record systems

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
