Job Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area

Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when needed

Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience through attentive service

Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff regarding special requests or dietary restrictions

Support team members in daily operations as needed

Follow all hygiene and safety standards at all times

Handle customer complaints or feedback in a positive and professional manner

Qualifications:

Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus (but not mandatory)

Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented attitude

Good communication skills

Able to speak and understand English

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Professional appearance and good personal hygiene

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Willing to be placed at Grand Indonesia, Menteng
