Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and skilled Daily Worker Bartender to join our team on a casual basis. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages—alcoholic and non-alcoholic—while ensuring excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about beverage preparation, bar hygiene standards, and guest interaction, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, mocktails, juices, and other drinks according to standard recipes.

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking and fulfilling drink orders efficiently.

Ensure the cleanliness and proper setup of the bar before, during, and after service.

Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed (garnishes, glassware, mixers, etc.).

Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all bar operations.

Follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines (if applicable).

Handle guest inquiries or complaints related to beverages and escalate if necessary.

Support the service team during busy operations and events.

Follow opening and closing duties as per bar SOPs.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender or in a beverage service role is preferred.

Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Positive attitude, good personal hygiene, and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualities:

Familiarity with premium beverages and signature drinks.

Basic knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail trends (if applicable).

Basic English communication skills.
