Qualifications:

High school / vocational school graduate.

Fluent and proficient in English.

Friendly, communicative, and has good customer service skills.

Able to work quickly and under pressure.

Passionate about coffee and eager to learn more.

Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Disciplined, clean, and well-organized.

Job Description:

Prepare and serve various types of coffee (espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, etc.) and non-coffee beverages (tea, chocolate, mocktails, etc.).

Able to operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, milk steamers, and other equipment.

Maintain and care for equipment to ensure it remains in good condition.

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide menu recommendations based on customer preferences.

Handle orders quickly and accurately, and respond to customer complaints politely.

Clean coffee machines, bar counters, and the work area regularly.

Wash and store coffee tools properly.

Maintain personal hygiene while on duty.

Refill daily ingredients (coffee beans, milk, syrup, ice, etc.).

Check stock levels and report low inventory.

Store ingredients properly and in accordance with hygiene standards.

Use the POS (Point of Sale) system when required.

Manage serving times efficiently.
