• Rabu: Pagi, Siang, Sore

• Jum'at: Pagi, Siang, Sore
• Sabtu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
• Tidak diperlukan pengalaman kerja untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp2,650,000 per bulan

Job Description:

· Educate customers about products and services

· Recommend products or services based on customers’ needs

· Resolve customers complaints via telephone, email, letter, or social media

· Process customers interaction data, accounts, and archive documents

Qualifications:

· Min. D3/S1 in Any Major

· Able to commnicate English, both verbal and written

· Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suites

· Professional, friendly, and able to handle complaints from customers

· Able to work from office at Kerobokan, Bali
