Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive in Singapore. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support and managing customer service operations.
Responsibilities
Process customer quotations and orders while providing timely day-to-day customer support.
Coordinate shipping logistics with customers, freight forwarders, and relevant service providers.
Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and other required paperwork in compliance with customs regulations and customer requirements.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.
Maintain close communication with customers and suppliers to coordinate and adjust shipment schedules as needed.
Support the sales team in preparing customer quotations and related documentation.
Engage with customers to follow up on opportunities and support the successful closure of sales.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
At least 2 years of working experience
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word.
