JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To maintain and provide accuracy in all data entry in additional job list/ account system/hard copy record.
To provide support main and assistance controller on daily operations matter.
To provide up to date information from client to main controller on day-to-day basis.
To provide customer service to solve client requirement or enquiry.
To check all booking confirmation for empty container collection.
To inform clients of all washing and damages charges incurred via email.
To assist all incoming enquiries by client via email.
Any other duties as assign by Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum GCE N/O levels or equivalent
At least 2 years relevant working experience in Customer Service
Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Possess problem solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Proficient in MS Office, preferably in MS Excel
