Deskripsi pekerjaan Customer Service Executive ( Logistics/Freight Forwarding) NRS Logistics
This Role reports into the Operation Customer Service Assistant Manager and will form the focal point for customer queries and supply chain operations. Maintenance of close relationship with both internal & external customers in all business activities of NRS and its affiliated companies, associates, and partners. This involves responding to all enquiries in a timely manner, opening and closing of all files, perform costing for invoice preparations and be called upon to perform activities and work closely with other departmental functions to achieve the goals set by the company.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepares and respond to customer inquiries by studying products, services and customer service processes
Monitor shipments with contractors and vendors and update both internal & external stakeholders
Performs data entry, opening & closing of files and costing preparation subsequent to invoice generation
Engage in departmental discussions to resolve customer issues pertaining to operations, customer service or any other sales-related issues
Assist in the preparation of Pricing & Quotations
Requirements
Minimum Tertiary education in Logistics or possesses a Chemistry background
Relevant work experience in the Logistics or Transportation field with no less than 2 years in the related industry
Knowledge in Sea & Air freight shipping
Experience in custom permit declaration
Experience in Tank operations or leasing will be preferable
