Job Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat to provide timely and accurate information
· Process and verify customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before dispatch
· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to schedule and confirm timely order dispatch
· Track shipments and update customers on order status to maintain transparency and satisfaction
· Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges by following company policies to resolve customer issues
· Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and customer interactions to support reporting needs
· Prepare order reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
Job Requirements:
· At least 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
· Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
· Problem-solving skills to address and resolve order-related issues efficiently
· Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and proper documentation
· Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
