Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback via phone and email
• Coordinate between clients and operations team for deployment updates
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and contracts
• Maintain proper records of client communication and documentation
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service standards
• Support basic admin tasks and ad hoc duties
Requirements:
• At least 2 year of customer service or coordination experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to multitask and work independently
