Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Property, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in casual leasing, event space management, corporate and educational group sales, Online Travel Agencies (OTA), and the shopping center industry.
• Ability to develop and structure products for regular tickets.
• In-depth understanding of Group Activities (Corporate and Edutainment), OTAs, Casual Leasing, Event Spaces, and Partnership Contracts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in market analysis and identifying business opportunities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to mentor and supervise the team during visits/canvassing to expand the database and handle customer complaints.
• Willing to be based in Gading Serpong.
