Fas a Fas is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for leading daily kitchen operations, maintaining food quality and consistency, and supporting the team in creating excellent dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and supervise the cooking of dishes according to recipes and quality standards

Ensure proper food presentation, hygiene, and kitchen safety

Support and guide junior cooks and kitchen staff

Maintain inventory, assist in menu development, and coordinate with other departments

Ensure consistency and efficiency during service

Qualifications:

Based in Bali or willing to relocate

Minimum D1 in Culinary or related field

Proven experience as Cook or Senior Cook in a professional kitchen

Experienced in preparing and handling Western cuisine

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Leadership, discipline, and teamwork oriented

Available for full-time work and shift schedule
