SIKI Nusa Dua, a vibrant Japanese restaurant, is looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our kitchen team! If you have a strong background in Japanese cuisine, a commitment to quality, and a love for culinary creativity, we’d love to have you onboard!

Qualifications:

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen (experience in Japanese cuisine is a plus)

✅ Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen hygiene, and food safety standards

✅ Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment

✅ Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and presentation

✅ Team player with excellent communication skills

✅ Basic English (preferred) – able to understand kitchen instructions and communicate with team

✅ Willingness to learn and grow with a dynamic kitchen team

Responsibilities:

🍣 Prepare and cook dishes according to SIKI’s menu and standards

🍣 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

🍣 Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures

🍣 Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver quality dishes on time

🍣 Assist in inventory control and food preparation planning

🍣 Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials

🍣 Uphold a high level of hygiene and ensure compliance with health regulations
