Tanamera Coffee is looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Tanamera’s standards.

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area at all times.

Assist with ingredient preparation, stock rotation, and inventory checks.

Follow food safety procedures and company protocols.

Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely food service.

Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role.

Understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety standards.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
