Job Description:
1. Support the sales business management process and be responsible for end to end contract management (contract review, contract decision-making, etc.)
2. Review and organize routine sales decision-making according to the decision-making process and authority execution rules.
3. Complete process execution/adaptation and operation according to processes and work instructions, participate in process internal control work, independently handle common problems and complete specific tasks, and be responsible for process execution quality.
4. Risk warning, support project initiation review, and support issue closure. Be responsible for project operation standardization and project risk management.
5. Follow up with relevant internal stakeholder(s) to ensure the signed documents from customer are (a) properly returned, and (b) scanned and archived in accordance with company policies.
6. Perform any other administrative functions and duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
1. 1-3 years working experience and holding a minimum degree in financial or business management or related course.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
3. Have a strong sense of risk and confidentiality.
4. Able to work rigorously and carefully, strong sense of responsibility, strong resistance to pressure, and portraying strong work initiative.
5. Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
6. High proficiency in Chinese, including both ability of reading and writing, as this vacancy requires (a) frequent communications with Colleague(s) in China and (b) read and understand Chinese policies.
