Analyze, plan, and implement business and brand development strategies in the assigned country in collaboration with local distributors
Identify, analyze, establish partnerships with, and evaluate the performance of local distributors as business partners
Analyze, plan, agree on, and evaluate annual business models and targets together with local distributors
Plan, control, and review country-level operational activities and budget utilization related to sales and marketing activities
Monitor and review forecasting and purchase order processes conducted by distributor teams, and coordinate with internal teams
Analyze profit and loss performance and jointly develop mitigation plans for the assigned country
Monitor and evaluate market insight activities in the assigned country
Analyze, plan, and evaluate New Product Launch (NPL) requirements, including timeline and pricing, and monitor the execution process
Analyze, provide guidance, monitor, and evaluate mitigation plans related to commercial issues
Allocate and manage commercial-related responsibilities across countries within the assigned region
