Our client is seeking a Clinical Senior (Early Intervention) to join their team!

Working Day: 5 days
Working Hour: 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
Salary Range: $5,000-$6,000
What you'll be doing?
Plan and implement: Develop and execute curriculum and programmes that meet the unique needs of children, ensuring a high-quality learning environment.
Support and guide: Assist teachers in integrating effective teaching strategies, provide constructive feedback, and coach staff to enhance their professional practice.
Collaborate and liaise: Work closely with community stakeholders, social service providers, and other Clinical Seniors to deliver comprehensive programmes and services.
Conduct and oversee: Facilitate workshops, conduct lesson evaluations, and ensure the implementation of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Who are they looking for?
Experienced professional: At least 3 years of experience working with families and children, with a background in early intervention teaching and supervisory.
Specialist qualification: Possess a Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) or Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (ADESN) or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields.
Diverse and inclusive: Has a strong understanding of diverse cultures and races, with a passion for nurturing young children and empowering families.
Valid certification: Hold a valid First Aid Certificate.
Continuous learning: Keen to develop professionally and embrace new trends in early intervention and education.
