Clinical setting
As a Clinic Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Greet and assist patients, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage clinic records.
Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
Assist healthcare professionals during consultations and treatments.
Take and record patient vitals (e.g., blood pressure, temperature).
Handle billing, payment processing, and insurance claims.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.
Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing of medical records.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is an advantage.
Able to work independently and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
