HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR / CLEANING SUPERVISOR
We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor / Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Bali Sands Managment. This position is responsible for supervising daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and managing the housekeeping team effectively.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping and cleaning operations
Ensure all rooms, common areas, and operational areas are cleaned according to company standards
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and supervision
Prepare and manage work schedules and daily task assignments
Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met
Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with management or engineering team
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Experience in villa, hotel, or guest house operations is preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
Honest, responsible, disciplined, and professional
Able to communicate in basic to intermediate English
Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays
