About the role

Apple Tree Pre-School Modernland is seeking a dedicated and passionate Class Teacher to join our growing team of early childhood educators. As a Class Teacher in our Nursery or Pre-Nursery programme, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment for our young students. This full-time role is based in Tangerang, Banten.

What you'll be doing

Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that support the holistic development of our students

Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages learning through play and exploration

Observing and documenting each child's progress, adjusting teaching methods to meet their individual needs

Collaborating with parents and caregivers to support the overall development and well-being of our students

Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to continuously improve your teaching practice

Maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

A relevant bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

At least 2 years of experience teaching in a nursery or pre-school setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

A deep understanding of early childhood development and a passion for nurturing the growth and learning of young children

Creativity, flexibility, and a commitment to creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment

Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, as this role may involve communicating with families from diverse backgrounds
