Job Description

Long-term stationed at the site, responsible for daily on-site work within the civil engineering discipline.

Assist the Project Manager in executing all project management tasks related to the civil engineering scope.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve on-site technical issues.

Manage and supervise civil engineering construction activities to ensure progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Participate in technical reviews, inspections, and documentation preparation as required.

Support the implementation of construction plans, design changes, and engineering solutions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Speak and write fluent English, Chinese is a plus

3-5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer

Strong technical skills in structural design, construction methods, and project management

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and project management tools

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
