Prepare and cook burger components including patties, buns, sauces, and garnishes, maintaining consistency and quality in every dish.

Oversee the station assigned to you, ensuring all ingredients are prepped, stored, and utilized correctly according to restaurant standards.

Maintain hygiene standards in line with health and safety regulations, keeping your work area clean and organized at all times.

Collaborate with the team, including commis chefs and kitchen assistants, to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Monitor stock levels for your station, communicating with the Head Chef about any shortages and ensuring stock rotation.

Contribute to menu development, offering suggestions for seasonal specials or improvements to the burger selection.

Train junior staff in the proper handling of ingredients and kitchen equipment, fostering a collaborative and professional working environment.

Ensure quality control, checking each dish for presentation, flavor, and portion size before serving.

Assist with kitchen orders, ensuring timely preparation, accuracy, and attention to customer preferences.
