Nusa Lembongan is located 20 minutes from Sanur, Bali by boat.

We are a busy restaurant and with the best location on the island with ocean and Mt Agung Views. Kombi Cocktail bar

The restaurant is part of Playgrounds Wave Lodge, a 6 hotel room lodge.

• Must have experience in cost control

• Be able to lead a team

• Knowledge of food costings, inventory

• Creative plating

• Needs to be able to operate a fast paced kitchen

• Ensure the team maintains the cleaning program

• Ensure consistency & quality
