- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per bulan
Job Description – Chef de Partie (CDP)
Supervise and coordinate the work of commis and junior chefs in the assigned section.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant/hotel standards.
Ensure that food quality, taste, and presentation meet the required standards before serving.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and equipment.
Control stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients for the section.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients to minimize wastage.
Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times (HACCP standards).
Collaborate with Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes or menus.
Train, guide, and motivate junior staff to maintain consistency in the kitchen.
Handle guest special requests or dietary requirements when needed.
Requirements – Chef de Partie (CDP)
Minimum education: Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts/Hotel Management (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or minimum 2 years as a Commis Chef.
Strong cooking skills in the assigned section (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, or grill).
Knowledge of international and local cuisines.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good leadership skills to supervise and train team members.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Creative, passionate about food, and detail-oriented.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
