- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
Minimum 3–5 years of culinary experience, preferably in Japanese cuisine.
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or similar role in a Japanese restaurant or hotel.
Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Japanese cooking techniques, including sushi, sashimi, tempura, teppanyaki, and ramen preparation.
Ability to handle high-quality seafood and ensure proper storage, handling, and hygiene.
Skilled in knife techniques and precise food presentation.
Experience with menu execution, portion control, and maintaining food consistency.
Ability to manage a specific section of the kitchen independently.
Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
Capable of monitoring stock levels, minimizing waste, and assisting in inventory management.
High attention to detail and passion for maintaining authenticity in Japanese cuisine.
Creative, disciplined, and committed to delivering high-quality dishes.
Flexible, reliable, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to guide and train junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
Strong communication and coordination skills within the kitchen team.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
