Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
- Identify and prioritize potential channel partners based on market trends,
competitive analysis, and business objectives. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, including retailers, distributors, and online marketplaces.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to support channel sales initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts with channel partners to secure favourable terms and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support and training to channel partners to optimize sales
performance and enhance product knowledge. - Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns, incentives, and marketing
programs to drive sell-through and increase product visibility in the channel. - Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on channel sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales roles within the gaming or entertainment industry, with a focus on the Asia market.
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry landscape in Asia, including market dynamics, distribution channels, and consumer preferences.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Asia region for business meetings, partner visits, and industry events.
