About The Role
We are looking for a sales-driven, personable, and well-organized Centre Admissions Manager to join our team. This is an exciting role that sits at the heart of a large, fast-growing centre, working closely with the Centre Principal to drive enrolment growth, manage parent relationships, and support day-to-day administrative operations.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective families and play a key role in guiding parents through their decision-making journey, converting enquiries into enrolments, while ensuring smooth operational support for the centre.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Centre Principal, you will be responsible for:
Admissions & Sales
Attend to all phone, online, and walk-in enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Arrange and conduct school tours (physical and virtual)
Proactively follow up on enquiries and leads, addressing parents' questions and concerns
Drive enrolment by converting leads into confirmed registrations
Manage the full student enrolment and withdrawal process
Maintain accurate enrolment records and enrolment-by-date tracking
Report on registration figures during monthly sales meetings
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents
Assist the Centre Principal in handling and resolving parent feedback or complaints
Suggest and implement retention strategies to reduce churn based on parent's feedback
Operations & Administration
Handle purchases such as uniforms and cots
Liaise with school bus operators to manage transport arrangements
Support centre operations with administrative and coordination tasks as required
Marketing & Events
Support the promotion and marketing of the school
Organise and attend marketing events such as Open House (including occasional work outside contracted hours)
Assist with on-ground execution of centre marketing initiatives
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification with 2 - 3 years of work experience in sales, customer service, admissions or business development
Experience in the education or childcare sector is an advantage
Sales-driven mindset with a warm and professional approach to parents
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Results-oriented with a proactive and hands-on mindset
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Team player who works well in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
