Responsibilities

o    Good knowledge of vehicles (wide range of brands). To recognise potential issues, identify the root cause, provide solutions and estimate rectification cost.

o    Good knowledge in diagnostic software to identify issues and recommend solutions, when needed.

o    Perform troubleshooting and functionality checks of vehicles.

o    Conduct photo-taking and vehicle inspection.

o    Conduct test drive of vehicle to detect faults / issues, if any.

o    Explaining vehicle issues and solutions to both external parties (customers, trade partners) as well as internal parties (colleagues).

o    Guide Sellers through the sales process.

o    Liaise with customers and trade partners: Document check and follow-up.

o    Handle documentation and other administrative duties (e.g. uploading of vehicle postings).

o    Establish good rapport with internal and external parties.

o    Experience in general administration and vehicle purchase / vehicle valuation is highly desirable.

o    Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer.

REQUIREMENTS

o    GCE ‘N’ Level / ’O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma.

o    Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (commercial vehicle license preferred).

o    Basic proficiency in English and basic computer skills.

o    Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in automotive garage industry preferred.

o    Responsible team player: discipline, resourceful and independent.
 

OTHER INFORMATION

· 13 Month + Performance Bonus + Variable Bonus(Depending on Company's Performance)

· Location @ Macpherson 

· 5 Day Work Week: 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend

· Working Hours: 9am - 6pm / 10am – 7pm
