Join the Creamier Team as a Café Service Leader
Locations: Toa Payoh, Tiong Bahru
Rest Days: Alternate 5-day/ 6-day work week, 6 rest days per month
Work Hours: Straight 8 hour shifts with 1 hour meal break, no split shifts

At Creamier Handcrafted Ice Cream and Coffee, we craft joyful experiences through honest desserts, warm hospitality, and great coffee. As a Café Service Leader, you will play a key role in guiding the service team and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Lead and support the service crew during daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and service excellence
Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service at all times
Handle guest feedback, enquiries, and service recovery promptly and professionally
Train, coach, and guide junior service staff on SOPs, service standards, and product knowledge
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front-of-house spaces
Assist with cashiering duties and ensure accurate billing and payment handling
Work closely with other stations to ensure smooth communication and timely service
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in F&B service; leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
A hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor with the team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude, dependable, and customer-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment
