We are an International Luxury Villa located in Nusa Dua, Bali, is currently seeking a professional and experienced Butler to join our hospitality team.

Qualifications:

- Aged 25–30 years old

Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.

- Previous experience working in luxury villas or international-standard hospitality environments is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Strong service-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.

- Well-groomed, professional attitude, and pleasant personality.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexible working hours and able to handle guest requests efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized and high-quality service to guests in accordance with international hospitality standards.

- Attend to guest needs, requests, and inquiries promptly and professionally

- Cover and assist housekeeping duties, including maintaining villa cleanliness and presentation.

- Cover and assist kitchen duties, such as food preparation, service support, and kitchen organization.

- Maintain villa cleanliness, presentation, and service readiness at all times.

- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints with professionalism and discretion.
