Uma Nandhi is currently hiring for a Butler position.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a hospitality/tourism degree.

- Experience as a butler, housekeeper, or guest service professional in a hotel/villa.

- Neat and professional appearance.

- Good communication skills, especially in English (spoken and written).

- Able to work quickly, thoroughly, and with initiative.

- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and national holidays.

- Responsible, honest, and have a good attitude.

Job Description:

- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.

- Assist guests with personal needs during their stay, including arranging meals, laundry, transportation, and other activities.

- Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of public areas and guest rooms according to villa standards.

- Serve food and beverages according to SOPs and guest preferences. Provide personalized service with attention to detail and guest preferences. Handle guest complaints professionally and provide solutions. Collaborate with housekeeping, kitchen, and front office teams to provide optimal service.
