Today, we are looking for a Butler

Job Description:

Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets.

Stock guest room amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens.

Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and report any maintenance issues immediately.

Restock supplies such as coffee, tea, and drinking water in guest rooms and public areas.

Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly cleaned and stored after use.

Clean and maintain public areas, including back-of-house areas.

Ensure the pool deck area is clean, safe, and well maintained.

Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.

Ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.

Assist guests with buggy service.

Assist guests during breakfast service.

Assist guests with laundry services.

Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and Nuanu Creative City attractions.

Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and any other requests or concerns.

Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly within the assigned area.

Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.

Report any lost and found items to the appropriate department in a timely manner.

Ensure inventory reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.

Ensure laundry reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.

Maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude with guests and team members at all times.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar hospitality role

Able to communicate in English, to interact with guests professionally.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
