Job Summary

Engage with clients throughout project lifecycles, manage risks collaboratively with team members, and maintain effective client relationships to meet their needs. Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to identify potential risks and implement risk management strategies to ensure project success
• Build and sustain effective relationships with clients by understanding and addressing their needs throughout project delivery
• Manage client engagements from project initiation to completion, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery
• Apply strong interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork, client interactions, and problem resolution
• Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager
