Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Development Manager (SME Banking Sales) Incapital Singapore Holdings Pte Ltd

Fuel the growth of local enterprises while uncapping your own earning potential.

We are looking for a high-energy, bilingual Business Development Manager to bridge the gap between Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and the financial resources they need to thrive. Representing a diverse suite of products from both local and international banks, you won’t just be selling, you are acting as a vital growth partner for Singapore’s SME ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Outreach: Identify and engage SME directors through phone-based prospecting and various lead-generation strategies.

Capital Structuring: Deep-dive into client business models to structure tailored banking solutions, from trade credit to corporate term loans.

Full-Cycle Sales: Own the journey from the first "hello" to the final agreement, including proposal preparation and client meetings.

Relationship Management: Transition from a "vendor" to a "trusted partner" by maintaining long-term rapport with business owners.

Pipeline Mastery: Proactively manage your sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.

Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with strong product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and professional development skills.

Who You Are

Minimum Diploma qualification or higher.

Prior experience in SME financial services, banking, or telemarketing will be an advantage (not mandatory).

Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for part of our Mandarin speaking directors portfolio.

Confident in client prospecting through phone outreach and conducting in-person client meetings.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enjoy the autonomy of working independently.

Positive attitude with a strong drive to achieve results.
