Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, online platforms, and walk-ins to provide timely and accurate information
Promote Wahdah’s vehicle leasing, rental, and mobility solutions to individual and corporate customers to drive business growth
Follow up on leads, prepare detailed quotations, explain leasing terms clearly, and close leasing agreements effectively
Assist customers with documentation, leasing agreements, renewals, payments, and administrative processes to ensure smooth transactions
Coordinate vehicle availability, handover, return, inspection, and servicing schedules with the operations team to optimize fleet utilization
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, lead status, contracts, and sales activities in the company system for effective tracking
Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage renewals, referrals, and repeat business
Support marketing and sales campaigns by contributing to initiatives that increase leasing enquiries and customer acquisition
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and inform strategy
Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate operational matters promptly to maintain service quality
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum GCE “O” Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
At least 1 year of experience in sales, leasing, car rental, automotive, mobility, customer service, or related fields
Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills demonstrated through customer interactions and sales activities
Ability to work independently and consistently follow up with customers to achieve sales targets
Proficiency in basic computer tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or similar platforms
Positive attitude, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in vehicle leasing, PHV rental, car rental, or automotive sales
Sales prospecting and lead conversion skills to generate and close new business opportunities
Customer relationship management skills to maintain and grow client accounts
Knowledge of vehicle leasing or rental operations to support daily business functions
Contract and documentation handling experience to ensure compliance and accuracy
Basic understanding of Singapore vehicle usage, PHV, rental, or fleet operations
Ability to communicate in English for effective customer and team interactions; additional languages are an advantage
