Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities targeting enterprise clients, professional services, consulting, legal, education and sales-intensive organizations.
Build relationships with senior decision-makers and understand their meeting workflow and collaboration challenges.
Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, product demo, proposal, negotiation and contract signing.
Coordinate with marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and identify expansion opportunities.
Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts in CRM.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends, and provide feedback to support product and go-to-market decisions.
Job Requirements:
Diploma and above with minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the Singapore market.
Background in SaaS, enterprise software, AI solutions or productivity tools preferred.
Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients through proactive outreach and independent deal management.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to conduct structured needs analysis and position solutions effectively.
Professional English proficiency required; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy.
