Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the Insurance domain to join our team in Singapore. The candidate will work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Work with business and technical teams to deliver insurance-related projects.
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow documents.
Coordinate with QA and development teams during testing and implementation.
Conduct stakeholder meetings and provide project status updates.
Support UAT, defect tracking, and change management activities.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in Insurance domain (Life, General, or Health Insurance).
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodology.
Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Visio is preferred.
Preferred
Singapore experience is an advantage.
Exposure to digital transformation or policy administration systems is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
