Job Title: Business Analysis Associate

Company: MNC

Industry: Tire Manufacturing

Location: Bugis

Shift: Open to work US hours (9:00 AM – 5:45 PM US Time) to support US operations.

Travel: Open to traveling to the USA for work.

Track business performance across product categories, brands, and sales channels to drive profitability.

Analyze cost-to-serve models and provide visibility on operating costs to identify savings opportunities.

Support budget preparation, rolling sales forecasts, and tracking of actuals vs. planned figures.

Analyze the financial impact of new product launches, pricing adjustments, and promotional activities.

Create standard dashboards (Tableau/Excel) to monitor pipelines, sales results, and customer profitability.

Oversee customer contracts, sales incentives, and operating facility contracts to ensure billing accuracy.

Degree in Business, Economics, or Finance (An Accounting degree is highly preferred).

3+ years of experience in business finance analysis, management reporting, and operating cost analysis.

Experience in trading finished goods, supply chain processes, and managing multiple currency exposures is essential.

Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in commercial financial modeling. Experience with BI tools (Tableau) is a plus.
